Keeping costs low can usually be done effectively with plug-and-play devices. For Machine Vision, there is no such thing as one device for all applications. There is always configuration involved, but it can be made as simple as possible.

For this reason, Aitomate is developing a device that can be constructed completely modularly. The basis is a device with image processing software and hardware. Multiple cameras, lenses and lamps can be connected to it. In combination with the built-in software and HMI, the end user can easily create a Machine Vision setup. If after a few days the setup is needed for another product, the setup is easy to convert. The options and variety are generous.
